MODE MYSTERY BOX SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The MODE Mystery Box Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Flickr, Inc.("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on February 23, 2026 at 12AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on February 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
- Email Entry: Visit whatismode.com and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and state of residence, confirm you are 18 years or older, and agree to these Official Rules.
- Social Media Entry: Follow @MODEbyFlickr on Instagram AND comment "MODE" on the designated pinned post during theSweepstakes Period. Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) MODE Mystery Box containing: one (1) MODE Festival ticket (valid for admission September 18–20, 2026) and branded merchandise. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $460 per prize. TotalARV of all prizes: $2,300. The MODE Festival ticket included in the prize is transferable to another person at the winner’s discretion, provided the transferee is 18 years of age or older. All other prize components are non-transferable. No cash equivalent is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about February 26, 2026, five(5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email (for email entries)or Instagram direct message (for social media entries). Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification and complete a winner verification form. The verification form may include a request for consent to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes; however, declining to provide such consent will not affect the winner's eligibility to receive the prize. Failure to respond within seven (7) days or to complete required verification may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, including tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other issues that may affect participation.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's PrivacyPolicy, available at https://www.flickr.com/help/privacy.
10. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
11. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MODE Mystery Box Sweepstakes Winners List, Flickr, Inc., 548 Market St PMB 88969 San Francisco, California 94104-5401 US. Requests must be received by March 31, 2026.
